How long does it take to get the Server setup?
Servers are usually deployed within 48 hours of payment confirmation. During business hours server is setup in couple of hours. After business hours it might take about 24 hours to get processed.
Which operating systems are supported?
We support CentOs, Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora, Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows Server 2012 R2.
Which control panel options do you provide?
We provide cPanel/WHM, /Webmin/VirtualMin & WebSitePanel. Managed support options are only available with cPanel/WHM and WebSitePanel.
What is the network port speed and limits on bandwidth/data transfer usage?
Data transfer is unlimited on 100 Mbps shared port. On a shared port the network throughput would vary depending on other users usage, load and peak up time. We also have metered data transfer options on dedicated network port, if you require guaranteed network throughput and bandwidth .
Are there any limitations and restrictions to use the server?
Yes, below given services and contents are not allowed to run/hosted on our servers :-
Game Servers
Public VPN Service
Proxy Servers
Mass Mailing / Spamming
Botnet or related to Botnet projects
Anything related to child abuse
Adult Content
What is your suspension/termination policy for overdue accounts?
If any Dedicated Server account remains overdue for more than 5 days, the account will get suspended including all the subscribed services.
Post account suspension, if we do not receive due payment in 3 days, the whole account including all the subscribed services will get terminated and entire data will be removed from the servers.
